My sketches are, for the most part, in pen and ink, with watercolor to color. That’s because I fell helplessly in love with the inked line at a very young age, and I adore the fluid nature of watercolor. But the sketches in these galleries stretch the definition of “sketching tool” to its very limits, in the most creative ways imaginable. Here, you’ll see collage, colored pencils, stamps, brush pen, watercolor on its own, and the humble pencil. There’s great beauty in the variety of tools and lots of inspiration to be gleaned.
