Aggressiveness—A cultural attribute that has often been discounted because the word has negative connotations. However, positive aggressiveness is what drives risk taking and innovation.

Attention to detail—A cultural attribute. In project management, the devil is in the details. In organizations that focus on attention to detail, top quality is always important, and even minor details are handled as a project crisis.

Change breaker—A person who resists change. There are different kinds of change breakers; some resist change directly and overtly, some indirectly and covertly. No matter their method, change breakers are obstacles to change.
