On Monday morning I felt that my walk to work was much more invigorating than usual. I felt like a new woman, and my mind was full of energy and motivation.
Over the weekend I had been able not only to fine tune my objective, but I had also managed to analyse and assess possible scenarios regarding the general meeting on the following Friday.
I began the week in a decisive mood, and it was clear that I must provide the staff with the outline of a project which harked back to the company’s original values, albeit focusing firmly on a fresh future in which all could participate and believe.
