COMMUNICATION AND LEARNING PROGRAMS FOR THE WORKFORCE SCORECARD
IN CHAPTERS 6 AND 7 we described the processes through which senior executives, line managers, and HR leaders can work together to develop strategic plans and set accountabilities for the workforce, based on metrics taken from the Workforce Scorecard. In this chapter we continue our emphasis on responding to the execution challenge by focusing on communicating Workforce Scorecard data to managers and encouraging them to use those data to improve the speed and quality of strategy execution in their own firms.
