For real estate and workplace teams, the mandate to shape the future of work has never been stronger. Trends that would have taken years to mature – including digital transformation, hybrid working, and workplace as a talent strategy – were accelerated by the pandemic to become the new standard. In the golden age of the worker, real estate has risen to the top of C-suite priorities for shaping the future of work.
Many companies ramped up and accelerated their digital transformation initiatives as they quickly pivoted to remote working.
