Checklists, decision tables, glossaries, recipes, and worksheets are examples of Job Aids that improve people's performance. This game uses a Job Aid as the basis for the presentation.

Key Feature

Participants observe a presentation on the use of a Job Aid. They then use the Job Aid, initially in teams and afterward on an individual basis. To give you an idea of what a Job Aid is, here are a few useful examples:
