Key Feature

You conduct a one-on-one coaching session in the middle of the room (the Fishbowl). Other participants observe and participate vicariously.

When to Use This Format

Use this format when:

  • Instructional content involves information, procedures, concepts, or principles.

  • Participants are capable of participating in a one-on-one coaching session without spectators distracting them.

  • You can conduct a coaching session without becoming selfconscious about several others observing you.
