Assessment-Based Learning

In assessment-based learning interactive lectures, participant involvement advances to the beginning of the training session. You administer an appropriate test at the beginning of the session. Using the information revealed by participants’ responses, you select units of your lecture content and arrange them in a suitable sequence to efficiently close the gaps in their knowledge.
