After four weeks of intensive activity, the members of The Big Jelly Bean Team Project met with the Executives for a full day to share their findings and recommendations on how best to move forward.

To make sure that every attendee grasped the urgency of O’Donnell's situation, Jenny opened the day by sharing the realities that Steve had presented to an incensed Charles at what became his final Executive meeting.

She looked around the room at stern faces, all with their own thoughts — all with their own hopes and concerns.
