Humility is not a word that is often associated with modern leaders. Indeed, a humble leader is almost a contradiction in terms. It needn’t be.
Leading the intellectual charge in praise of humility was C. K. Prahalad, who topped the Thinkers50 ranking in 2007 and 2009 before his premature death in 2010. When we talked with C. K. shortly before his death, he talked about leadership.
