So, who is ready to start identifying their Filters? Those who’ve developed to the third stage and focus on similarities. The tools of Active Conscious and the SEE model are the homework for starting in that stage and continuing through the remaining stages.
So, what about those who aren’t ready for that third-stage homework? What about those who are still in the second stage and focus on surface-level differences? How do we bring them into the developmental process?
We start by understanding the behaviors of this stage for what they are, a reflection of the lack of development.
