Don’t Let Self-Doubt Hold You Back

No matter what job you have or which industry you are in, you need to know which skills and areas to grow in order to progress in your career. Understanding your weaknesses is just as important to your success as recognizing your strengths.

At the same time, this self-awareness must be carefully managed. If you focus too much on your shortcomings and ignore the value you bring to your organization, what started out as productive mindfulness can balloon into insecurity or imposter syndrome, holding you back from reaching your full potential.
