LOOK AFTER THE WOUNDED
The stark reality from the animal kingdom is that the wounded are often left to die, ostracised and alone. The young are looked after but the injured adult is left to fend for itself. Often, working and living within an organisation can feel like the harsh reality of the animal kingdom.
It is so easy to criticise someone when they make a mistake. Part of our human nature takes pleasure in someone else’s misfortune. We say to ourselves that we would never have made that mistake or got ourselves into that difficult situation.
