After a decade at the helm of Care Connect, Chief Executive Paul Ostrowski knows a bit about paradigms, because his organisation's core purpose not only challenges the still dominant residential care paradigm but also puts Care Connect at the leading edge of the shift from traditional models (where healthcare professionals dictate care plans) to putting the person in charge of their own plans.
