VIEWFOILS

Viewfoils, or transparencies, have become standard features at presentations. If used correctly, they can help you communicate with the audience with relative ease.

Unfortunately, many speakers have abused the use of viewfoils. They either use too many, read them while speaking, or pack them with so much information that people become confused.

Viewfoils provide obvious advantages. They can communicate information to a wide audience. They can also present information in an interesting manner. Finally, they can be used to encourage audience participation.
