TMT Behavior: Processes and States

When analyzing TMT behavior inside the boardroom, there are many aspects that one could potentially focus on. But how do you know which aspects are central? To get an overview of these different aspects and their effects, researchers have made a distinction between so-called task processes, relationship processes, and emergent states.3 This distinction allows both researchers and practitioners to be precise about what it is that they are interested in.
