Talk to Your Stakeholders

ONCE VICTOR HAD CONSIDERED and reconsidered his relationships with those in his inner circle, he was prepared to start bringing these people closer to him. He was ready to begin stakeholder dialogues: conversations that delve into those relationships and, by revealing how they affect each other, create new opportunities for improving them all. To be a better leader and have a richer life, you have to continually practice the art of meaningful conversation with those you hope to inspire. You can never be too good at it.
