Chris Ferguson,the first to be interviewed, is a professional poker player and gambling and lottery industry consultant, who also has a PhD in computer science. He has won five World Series of Poker events, including the 2000 WSOP Main Event, and the 2008 NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship. His style is highly mathematical, using a strong knowledge of game theory and developing computer simulations to improve his understanding of the game. He also has spent time day trading.

HowardLederer,a former chess player and now a professional poker player ,is known as "the Poker Professor" because of his demeanor, analytical style and long history of wins. He believes in learning from the deep practice of repetition and learning from mistakes. He also talks about seeing short term in balance with long term to make quick decisions.
