Context Is King

As mentioned in Chapter 1, people don’t just want access to content: they want access to the right content. This means analyzing the users, their common tasks, and their environment, to generate context. Based on this context, you then display the right information to the right user at the right time. The ability to quickly access information about a topic is substantially more valuable if that access is provided at the time it is required, in the format that is necessary, and from within the context to which that information can be acted upon.

The same rule applies when managing that information. The more context that is available around enterprise content management tools and assets, the more value they provide. Our goal here ...
