10.1 INTRODUCTION
As a result of concerning food vs. fuel debates, current biofuel development has focused on non-edible feedstock sources. Presently, a large number of non-edible vegetable oils are available, which do not compete with the food industry, so they can provide a source for bio-jet fuel production.
