The era of Trivergence is a defining moment in both business and technology history. We are amid a significant shift in the ways that businesses are organized, innovate, and create value. More specifically, it will redefine the relationships between shareholders, suppliers, producers, and consumers, resulting in more automated, less human-intensive processes than those that exist today. Traditional corporate structures, with their multilevel, inward-focused, hierarchical command-and-control systems, are no longer effective.
