You never know who will turn up to sessions, whether enrollment has been open to anyone who signs up or has been limited to intact work teams. Your audience may have a variety of experience and knowledge, even if you were very clear in your course description about who would benefit most from participation, and even if you asked the team’s supervisor to give you some insight ahead of time on the team members and their skill levels (and if you aren’t doing either of those things, those are your first two solutions).
