PERHAPS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING to know about trust is that it is never static. Every transaction, every conversation, every encounter matters. Trust either increases or decreases with every interaction. It is this fact that makes trust so powerful and so essential. You can build trust in a moment, with even just one action.
