The final management meeting is the most critical part of the TSP launch process. In launch meeting 1, management gives the team and team leader an aggressive schedule to meet. Now your job is to show the team members how to convince management that the plan they have produced is a responsible answer to that request.

Although the team’s plan might meet management’s desires, that is unlikely. Almost all TSP plans have longer schedules and cost more money than management wishes.
