15The Launch Postmortem
This chapter covers the postmortem for both the launch and the relaunch, and it describes the key items to consider as you coach teams on this part of the launch process. The postmortem provides a structured learning vehicle for the team, the team leader, and the coach. It is where the team provides feedback on the launch process, on the effectiveness of each team member, and on the team leader’s performance in helping the team through the launch process. It is also when the team members comment on the coach’s style and effectiveness in guiding and supporting the launch or relaunch.
