Imagine you want to start a new church. What do you do? Well, you might look for (or commission) a building, buy some stained glass and an organ, and hire a pastor, right? Not necessarily. Mark Batterson is the lead pastor of a hugely popular church in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area.
