Creating a new Angular project

With the CLI installed, you can now start using it on your project. The first thing, of course, is to create one. The CLI's new command is used just once in a project to generate the starter files and configuration that the project needs:

ng new hello-angular

The command does not just create a project for you; it also installs the npm dependencies, so you do not have to run the install command before getting started:

Navigate right to the root of the folder and run the serve command:

ng serve
