Build a user directory with Angular

The application we are about to build will have a REST API which will be created during the course of this example. In this simple example, we'll be creating a users app which will be quite simple. The app will basically be a table which contains a list of users together with their email addresses and phone numbers. Each user in the table will have an active state whose value is a boolean. We will be able to change the active state of a particular user from false to true and vice versa. The app will give us the ability to add new users and also delete users from the table.
