The combination of unformulated experience, the social paradigm of psychoanalysis, and Gadamer's hermeneutics no doubt has nearly as many clinical ramifications as there are psychoanalysts to imagine them. I have imagined some of my own, a few of which have already come up in passing here and there throughout this book. This chapter, however, is devoted exclusively to them.
