As a social scientist, I ask questions for a living. There’s no better way to understand what your organization needs than to ask good questions and listen well to the answers. Great innovations begin with great questions. Great communication is at the core of organizational success.

Unfortunately, questioning isn’t a part of the DNA of many organizations.
