Conclusion

No book of advice can tell you how exactly to make your organization truly great. Greatness looks different based on size, industry, location, purpose, and personality. My goal in this book was to clarify important concepts relevant to being a great organization and arm you with the kinds of questions you can ask yourself and others to uncover how to make your organization it’s unique best. Questions are your best tool for creating the path to becoming uniquely great.
