What Can Be Done for Democracy to Survive

All the indicators as outlined tend to suggest that with the advancement of AI, democracy it is understood today cannot survive. The outside postulate that some yet unknown intervention will arise automatically to circumvent job losses, is indefinable, and within present knowledge, unlikely.

The question, therefore, becomes whether anything can be done about this likely projection if humans wish to retain the concept of democracy?
