Ty Francis is a Welsh American business development executive, entrepreneur, and corporate governance leader, with two decades of experience of business information management, data & analytics and evaluating ethics, culture, and values-based compliance programs. Ty is chief advisory officer at LRN Corporation, the global leader in ethics and compliance. He co-founded New York Welsh Inc, a Welsh diaspora business and social network, and JerseyForAll.org, a philanthropic initiative that empowers women, girls and people with mixed abilities in sports. Ty was appointed by Queen Elizabeth II as a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 2017, and sits on the Business & Law School board of Southampton Solent University.
