Acknowledgments

My Lean journey started in 1988 with two special words: “Focused Factory.” My

Lean flame was lit and has continued to glow brighter and brighter ever since.

There are so many folks who have helped me learn and grow throughout my

career that I could likely write a full book of acknowledgments. It is literally on

the backs of thousands of wonderful “coaches” that I achieved enough learning

to help me, as a continuing “student,” to write this book.
