Achieving Success through a Repeatable Process

Any time you can create something that’s easily repeatable, you should strive to do that, and do it well. Think about things that you do that you don’t even have to think about anymore – tying your shoes, brushing your teeth, or making coffee or tea in the morning. You developed a level of mastery over those or other actions that now allows them to be done on autopilot, so to speak.

This is the same with a repeatable process in UX analytics, or any other discipline for that matter. You want to establish the rules and procedures as soon as possible so that there’s very little thought process involved in getting started.
