Both Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) and its -better-known cousin Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) are used throughout the world to treat anxiety, depression, addiction, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and a wide variety of personality disorders.
