I read a staggering statistic the other day. On average, kids smile 400 times a day.1 Adults? Twenty times a day. What makes adults so damned miserable, I wondered. I started to explore this topic and stumbled upon the importance of creativity to our overall happiness, well-being, and success, in both our personal and our work lives.
