The Web has evolved far beyond the static web pages of old. Not only is the Web filled with dynamically generated pages (like those you find on news sites), it’s also host to all manner of social media—blogs, social networks, and the like.
When you’re searching for information, you want that information no matter where it appears. As such, you don’t want your searches limited to static web pages. Recognizing this, Google has expanded its search beyond the traditional web to include blogs -- which can contain a lot of useful information.
