Overview
There are three folders and ten files in the “Knowing Me” area as listed in Figure 9.1.

Each of the 10 files, with the exception of the physical exam, includes a self-administered questionnaire or test that provides excellent feedback to people about their health status, risks, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
