While Reason does many things, one thing that it does not do is audio... well, at least not on its own. And you may wonder how this could be an obstacle when using Reason onstage.
Where the obstacle occurs would be if you wanted to:
Use VST FX onstage for either real-time voice or instrument processing
Use any form of backing track—using prerecorded audio for the primary rhythm section and bass
Send MIDI to another device onstage, such as a keyboard, a drum machine, or (if you run your own light rig) a dimmer pack that accepts MIDI
