Why Planning is Important
Some terrific Vine videos emerge on the spur of the moment. Most of the better videos, however, are planned in advance. In fact, pre-vine planning is the key to creating more effective (and better viewed and reviewed) videos.
Given Vine’s six-second limit, it’s important to make the best use of those six seconds; you literally don’t have a second to waste. That means planning everything that gets recorded, from the first word or movement to the last. With so little time to shoot everything you want, you can’t leave anything to chance.
