Meticulous preparation is even more important in planning a virtual presentation than in planning a face-to-face presentation. If you truly want to succeed, it is best to begin planning at least 30 days in advance, particularly if you will have more than 100 attendees. Complications tend to rise in accordance with the number of attendees, and there is a long list of tasks that you may need to complete even if you are presenting to a small audience. In many cases, you will need to collaborate with other people and organizations within your company, and the more quickly you reach out to them, the better.
