Many new virtual trainers are surprised at how much there is to do while facilitating an online class. There are so many sections of the screen that need attention, and so many moving parts to track at the same time. You may know this feeling if you have ever tried to host a dinner party. Your goal is to have dinner on the table at 7 p.m., yet it seems that every recipe needs last-minute attention and it’s impossible to get everything on the table at the same time. This same situation often occurs during virtual classes, when you are trying to achieve a learning goal and multiple onscreen things need your attention at once.
