Building WPF Applications with Visual Studio 2015

You create WPF applications in Visual Studio 2015 by selecting one of the available project templates. WPF project templates are available in the Windows Desktop section of the New Project window, as shown in Figure 28.2, and are summarized in Table 28.1 (for your convenience, the list of project templates in Figure 28.2 has been restricted to WPF ones by using the search box, as the figure itself demonstrates).
