Preparing for Visual Explorer
Visual Explorer works in a wide variety of contexts, either as a standalone tool or as part of a larger group process that employs other developmental activities that address an issue or challenge. To use Visual Explorer within a larger design, it's effective to place the Visual Explorer session in the middle of the design. For example, you might plan a three-part session as follows:
Review and Frame: | Direct the group to revisit or experience the issue firsthand or to review key information about the challenge. Create the framing question(s). |
Select and Share: | Conduct the Visual Explorer session. |
