Conducting a Visual Explorer Session
A minimum of sixty minutes is usually required for a basic Visual Explorer session. Five steps constitute a typical session:
- Frame. The first step is to identify the topic of the conversation and to focus it for the group with one or more framing questions. Time: variable.
- Browse. Participants browse through all the images and choose one for each framing question. Time: 10 minutes.
- Reflect. Participants quietly observe and think about the images and consider their responses to the question(s). Time: 10 minutes.
