Aerial photography has to be one of my favorite things to do as a photographer. I definitely fell into it—I never knew I was going to become an aerial specialist.
I had a background in sports photography, which involved using long lenses and capturing the moment. With sports, there’s only one chance to capture that key play; you don’t have any second chances.
