Adding the Ribbon to a WPF application

Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) is still the preferred platform for developing desktop applications on the Windows platform. Visual Studio 2012 itself is a WPF application and, even with Windows 8, there will still be many applications that are going to target the Windows Desktop.
