22. Involving Customers in Testing

AFTER READING THIS CHAPTER, you will be aware of the benefits that arise from involving customers in the functional testing of your software. You will also have installed and used Framework for Integrated Test (FIT), an open source product that allows customers to specify their software by writing acceptance tests in a Word (HTML) document for execution against the code being developed. The chapter concludes by describing storytest-driven development (STDD), which is a way to let customers drive a software project by writing tests that define the features of each story they want implemented.
