There’s a reason that teams watch game film as part of their preparation. They want to see what their opponents are going to throw at them. They want to know their opponents as best they can so they can be prepared. Here’s what we, as targets of workplace bullying, know. Our self-evident truths, if you will:
We know if a workplace bully comes at us and we ignore them, they will most likely double down.
We know if a workplace bully is coming at us and we resist, the bullying will continue and probably escalate, tinged with revenge.
